Problem 4: Quantum Teleportation

Design a quantum teleportation protocol where Alice and Bob share the \(\ket{\Psi^+}\) state, instead of the \(\ket{\Phi^+}\) state. You should follow the analysis we did in class to verify that this works successfully. The analysis should include:

1. A diagram of the circuit for the protocol
2. A description of the state of Bob’s qubit after Alice’s measurements
3. The sequence of gates to apply to Bob’s state depending on the measurement observed.
